One-off audit

Your books under scrutiny, all at once.

Upload your documents and get a consolidated report that shows what month-by-month processing never will. From $290, no subscription.

Pay online · no commitment · report within 12 hours.

1

You upload

Invoices, bank statements and supplier statements, in whatever shape you have them. No sorting required.

2

We analyse

Every document is extracted, checked and posted. Then the whole set is cross-referenced, period by period.

3

You receive

A consolidated report, within 12 hours. Every finding cites its source — page and line.

What a consolidated report shows, and a monthly workflow does not

Processing documents as they arrive gives you a snapshot per document. Cross-referencing them across a whole period gives you something else entirely.

Duplicates across years

The same invoice paid twice eight months apart never shows up in month-by-month processing. It shows up when periods are cross-referenced.

Supplier drift

A rate creeping up quarter after quarter, payment terms quietly shortening, a bank account changing mid-year.

Recurring anomalies

The ones that come back every month without anyone ever connecting them to each other.

Compliance, document by document

Mandatory fields, tax rates, arithmetic consistency, payment terms — checked against the rules of the issuing country.

Fraud signals

Inconsistent bank details, unknown supplier, an amount outside the pattern of the account.

A prioritised summary

What to deal with first, what can wait, and what is merely worth noting. In plain language.

Between two plans, each additional document is $0.75. A document is a file of up to three pages — whatever its type and whatever its complexity. Line-item detail on an invoice costs no more than a plain invoice.

Beyond 1,500 documents, a subscription costs less. We would rather tell you than sell you the wrong plan. See the plans

All prices exclude applicable sales tax.

Your report within 12 hours. Past that, the audit is free.

The commitment is measured by timestamp, not by judgement: either the report arrived within the window or it did not. There is nothing to argue about.

The market standard is 24 hours, with a human in the loop.

What the same review costs by hand

Checking 500 documents one by one — reading, verifying fields and rates, posting, reconciling the payment — takes roughly 100 hours. At the hourly rate of a one-off engagement with an accounting firm, that puts the review somewhere between $9,000 and $17,000.

The Financial year plan is $490.

Frequently asked

Do I need a subscription?

No. The audit is paid once. No commitment, no renewal, nothing to cancel.

What happens to my documents?

They remain yours. They are kept for as long as it takes to produce the report and let you consult it, then deleted on request.

Which formats do you accept?

PDFs, images and scans. Native files as well as photocopies. A thirty-page bank statement counts as ten documents.

What if I have more than 1,500 documents?

Then a subscription costs you less, and we will tell you so rather than sell you the wrong plan.

Processing documents every month? A subscription suits you better.
